Short Description
Templifier centrifugal water heaters, from 3000 to 18000 MBh, provide conventional chilled water while recovering heat in a second condenser bundle that would normally be rejected from a building to a cooling tower. The recovered heat can reach 120° F and be used for space heating or domestic hot water. This saves energy costs by heating water more economically than fuel-fired boilers or electric resistance heat, while offloading overburdened boiler or cooling tower operating expenses. Using HFC-134a refrigerant which has no ozone depletion potential and no phase-out schedule, these water heaters are seismic compliant to both IBC standards and OSHPD pre-approval for use in large heat recovery building applications.

Features / Advantages
#############
Heat Recovery for Operating Cost Savings
Heat recovery provides effective opportunities for energy savings. The Templifier chiller system saves energy by heating water more economically than fuel-fired boilers or electric resistance heat.
Heat Recovery Water Heater
Templifier produces up to 160°F water for use in service hot water heating or reheat applications. Both HVAC and process applications can reduce energy costs by using a Templifier water heater.
Heat Pump Water Heater
Templifier heat pump water heaters are designed to economically turn waste heat into useful heat. Waste heat is extracted from a fluid stream by cooling it in the evaporator, the compressor amplifies the temperature of the heat and the condenser delivers the now useful heat to heating loads such as space heating, domestic hot water heating and process loads.
